By commissioning me, you agree and understand the following:

You acknowledge that I'm a digital illustrator and my work is digital only, meaning there won't be any shipping of physical goods.
My work is for personal use only, meaning you can't redistribute or use my art for sales or profit.
You may not remove the watermark/signature from my work.
You may post commissioned art on social media with proper credit. (By Nekoamai or Nekoamai#2339 on discord)

A visual reference of the character is required unless it's a character design commission.
Payment is upfront through Paypal only.
I reserve the right to decline your commission if I for whatever reason cannot draw what you are asking.
After you have approved the commission sketch larger changes cannot be made.
Completion of commissions will vary depending on how many people are in my queue. I do not tolerate rushing, anytime during the process you may contact me for a status update. Average turn around is 1 week from the time you are first in queue.
If you need a commission done for a certain date ask me before paying if it's possible.
Refunds can only be made if I haven't started you commission yet.

A visual reference of your character is required. Anything left unspecified in the reference will be up to my artistic liberty.

Payment is upfront through Paypal only in USD. Sales tax may apply, view your invoice.

I reserve the right to decline your commission if I for whatever reason cannot draw what you are asking.

I will send over the finished product for approval. I am free to make make minor changes to fix any design mistakes on the finished drawing, but I will not start over entirely or make huge changes, unless to fix a mistake done due to my negligance

I may use your commission as an example for advertising my service.

My art may not be minted into a NFT (non fungible token) or any other form of blockchain. This includes both pre-existing artwork and all commissions.
